Heartwood Insulation is owned and operated by Joel and Annalisa Miller of Palermo, Maine. We operate on jobsites for 6 months of the year, from November-April. The remainder of our year is spent working at the important task of small-scale organic farming. Heartwood has a solid crew of capable and interesting folks who share similar values of sustainability and environmental concerns. We consider energy conservation within our homes and buildings an authentic and meaningful way to contribute to a more sustainable future.
