Our work: Joel has been working in the insulation and home performance industry since 2015. Heartwood officially started in 2021, under the name of J.W Miller, when we bought a cellulose blowing machine to take on a few personal projects during winter months. Since then, we have scaled up, honed our skills and taken a path that focuses more on new construction or remodel projects.
